The perfect wheel taster session
learn to throw on the potters wheel - in this session you will learn how to centre clay, pull walls and make a cylinder.
Not your first time? Want to expand on your skills? In this hour session we can work together to learn a new pottery skill or expand and develop current ones.
Same as the one hour booking, but more practice time. Ideal if you want to bring a friend, have a longer pottery experience, or learn something a little more complicated.
I will add a coloured glaze to the pots you made in class to make them food safe and fire them in the kiln again.

● I understand that the nature of ceramics is unpredictable, and there is no guarantee
that the piece(s) created in class will survive the kiln firing process.

payment is non-refundable except in the case of class cancellation.

As every piece is hand-made and hand-painted, I make repeat pieces based on demand. Please allow up to a month for your piece to be made and shipped.
-
The only repeated designs are those available for pre-order. All other hand-painted pottery is one of a kind and I am very unlikely to paint the exact same scene again. Meaning every piece is completely unique, functional artwork for your home!
-
Yes, I ship worldwide! If there are ever any issues reaching your part of the world please be patient and I will try my absolute best to make sure your order reaches you!
-
For commissions, please email ekattostudios@gmail.com with your commission proposal, and deadline if there is one. Commissions start at £50 and the final price is based on size and detail of the order. Please allow at least a month for your commission to be made and shipped. If you are intending on placing a large order, please allow for more time.
Once a commission has been agreed upon, you will receive a commission form to sign and an invoice. Work on the commission will begin once a £50 deposit has been paid and the final piece will be shipped once the invoice has been paid in full. You will receive progress updates throughout the making process.
I will only undertake a maximum of 3 commissions at a time. If all commission slots are taken you will be notified and placed on a waiting list if you still wish to continue with the commission.
